Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Ops Dev Project Manager to ensure functional excellence of new processes, procedures, and systems. You will lead the ME organization in discovery, evaluation, testing, and approval of new processes, gear sets and systems as global standards, acting as the technology leader for the region.

This role requires strategic alignment with regional ME strategies and regional leadership to deliver solutions across multiple plants and customers.

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering philosophies and processes.
• Lean Six Sigma concepts applied to ME improvements.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new tools and systems to improve ME performance and operational excellence.
• Document system specifications, KPIs, training materials and implementation timelines.
• Lead diverse teams across regions; secure support and buy-in for initiatives.
• Governance through Metrics Review, continuous improvement, and change management.
• Provide leadership to the Global ME Organization and align with corporate strategy.
