Jabil is seeking an experienced engineering/PM leader in Monterrey to drive large, complex projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate planning, staffing, and progress reporting while ensuring technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating manufacturing layouts, leading process improvements, budgeting, and providing engineered solutions for equipment issues. Collaboration with suppliers and customers on quality is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 6–8 years of work experience in engineering or project management.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the implementation of complex and/or large engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinates planning, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting to meet scope, schedule and cost constraints.
• Provides engineered solutions to complex equipment problems and delivers quotes for projects.
• Drives continuous improvement and optimization using proactive methodologies and trend analysis.
• Interfaces with suppliers and communicates with customers on quality issues as needed.
