Jabil is seeking a Facilities Manager in Mexico to lead a group of engineers and technicians, maintaining the plant and its services, including preventive maintenance and civil works.

You will oversee electrical, mechanical, and construction activities, ensure compliance with codes, train staff in safety, and coordinate projects to support evolving production needs, reporting to the Facilities Manager and representing the team in meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in building or equipment maintenance.
• 5+ years of related experience; or Masters + 3 years; or PhD without experience.
• Experience in administration of electromechanical and civil construction projects.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in the medical industry (Preferred).
• Knowledge of efficient personnel administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the facilities group of engineers and technicians.
• Ensure electrical, mechanical and construction work complies with codes and regulations.
• Train facility technicians in safety and protective measures.
• Oversee safety related to electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Design and coordinate construction projects or adaptations for production support.
• Plan and ensure works meet specifications, regulatory requirements, quality, and safety standards.
• Support the Facilities Manager in daily activities and represent in meetings.
