BAT Mexico invites recent graduates to join its Global Graduate Program in Monterrey. You will rotate through Marketing subfunctions and gain experience across brands, trade marketing, and consumer insights while developing strategic business projects addressing real market opportunities.

The program offers world-class training, international exposure, and a pathway to junior management after 18 months, with relocation and mobility opportunities within BAT globally.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Recent graduates (graduation 2024–2026).
• Up to 1 year of professional experience in data-driven projects.
• Fluent in English (advanced proficiency).
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing orders and optimizing the sales process.
• Analyze market trends to generate insights and drive portfolio growth actions.
• Develop and monitor strategic projects for key clients aligned with business objectives.
• Track KPIs and market performance, defining and implementing action plans.
• Coordinate demand planning and forecasts for new SKUs to ensure availability.
