Hunter Douglas, Inc. in Mexico City is offering a Global Management Trainee (GMT) program. This 10-month leadership track provides hands-on exposure to core functions and pairs you with mentors to accelerate growth. You will be on-site at major locations and engage in challenging projects from day one.

You will rotate through Sales, Operations, Product, and other areas, tackling real-world tasks and building a multi-functional skill set. A capstone project culminates in a full-time placement.

Formación

• Must have an expected graduation date of December 2026.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities, internships, clubs, and volunteer work.
• Willing to be on-site at major locations throughout the program.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a 10-month Leadership Development program with rotations in Sales, Operations, Product, and more.
• Rotate through value chain areas and contribute to real projects.
• Prepare for a full-time placement after completion.
• Receive mentorship and training modules from executives.
• Present capstone project to leadership.
