British American Tobacco México invites graduates to join its Marketing Global Graduate program in Monterrey. This entry‑level program runs 18 months with rotations across Trade Marketing, Brands, Consumer Insights and more, developing commercial and strategic skills.

Formación

• Recent graduates (graduation 2024–June 2026) with up to 1 year of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Finance and Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Fluent in English (advanced proficiency).
• Willingness to relocate globally - mobility.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact point for customers; manage orders and provide portfolio recommendations.

Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates with up to 3 years of work experience who wish to fast track their career within a global organization, and have the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as a Junior Manager in our organization. Become a Global Graduate in Marketing

Our Global Graduate Program aims to develop exceptional commercial & strategical business skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Marketing departments such as Brands, Trade Marketing & Development, Consumer Experience, Consumer Insights and Foresights, Customer Management work together to achieve outstanding business results.

You will work as part of our accelerated management program in different marketing rotations,starting your career journey at Trade Marketing & Distribution across Mexico and moving forward into different marketing subfunctions in Area Office Monterrey.These rotations will allow you to develop and present strategic business projects addressing real opportunities and creating action plans

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing orders, providing portfolio recommendations, and optimizing the overall sales process.
• Analyze market trends (Nielsen, Sell Out, Key Accounts) to generate insights and drive portfolio growth actions.
• Develop, monitor, and execute strategic projects for key clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track account performance, KPIs, and market performance indicators, defining and implementing action plans.
• Manage demand planning, including NPI forecasts, cycle volumes, and ensuring forecast accuracy for new SKUs.
• Ensure product availability by monitoring inventory levels and coordinating supply chain and volume negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TM&D, Brands, Marketing) to translate insights into execution plans and track results.
• Execute commercial and digital strategies, including trade engagement, e-commerce content, and support for multi-channel campaigns (social media, CRM, Paid Media, etc)

¿ What are we looking for?

• Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Finance and Accounting, Business Intelligence, Global Business, Strategy and Business Transformation, Data Science and Mathematics, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Digital Transformation in Business, Business Management and Administration, Economics, International Finance, Business Engineering Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Recent graduates (graduation from 2024 to June 2026).
• Up to 1 year of professional experience. Experience in Data Driven Projects.
• Fluent in English (advanced proficiency in oral & writing).
• Efficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Open to relocate globally - global mobility and national mobility.
• Results-driven professional,data-driven, analytical and ambitious, with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and negotiation skills; proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Have leadership skills demonstrated through either relevant professional experience or extra-curricular activities within prestigious companies, NGOs, student associations, etc.
