HARMAN Automotive is hiring a Manufacturing Sustainability leader based in Mexico. You will drive the global sustainability strategy across manufacturing facilities, establish KPIs, and work with cross-functional teams to reduce environmental impact and improve efficiencies.

You will collaborate with OEMs, regulators, and partners to advance sustainability programs, manage projects, and deliver cost savings while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering/Environmental Engineering or similar education.
• 8+ years of manufacturing facilities management experience.
• Proven effective communicator with customers and managing projects to achieve results.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and hold global teams accountable.
• Lead facilities and environmental discussions with VP level and exec communication.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Team player with change orientation and self-awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Drive manufacturing facilities standards and best practices globally.
• Formulate and execute the global sustainability strategy and roadmap in Manufacturing.
• Identify KPIs for Manufacturing Sustainability and facilities management (energy, water, waste).
• Collaborate with global facilities to drive cost savings and synergies.
• Work with engineering, manufacturing, product development, procurement and supply chain to reduce environmental impact.
• Lead programs that position HARMAN Manufacturing Sustainability as a global leader in surveys and audits.
• Engage with OEM customers on sustainability requirements and opportunities.
• Develop external partnerships to maximize ROI of sustainability initiatives.
• Support sourcing teams in identifying innovative sustainable suppliers.
• Engage with regulators to align with country and regional sustainability programs.
