HARMAN is seeking a senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (AME) leader to drive industrialization and manufacturing standards across projects. You will partner with development and operations teams to design cost-effective assembly processes, estimate equipment needs, and ensure on-time project delivery with global collaboration.

You will manage budgets, work with QA on improvements, and travel up to 25% to support multiple sites, including an office in Tijuana, Mexico.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of AME experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of software and hardware development processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English; willingness to work in a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the AME organization and define roles within Operations from the AME perspective.
• Oversee end-to-end AME operations processes across the Professional Solution domain.
• Be the first point of contact for development teams and drive process improvements with Quality.
• Develop cost estimates for equipment during NPI and industrialization phases.
• Recommend assembly equipment and processes to meet project capabilities and cost targets.
• Coordinate standardization across sites and share lessons learned to improve efficiency.
