Corning Incorporated is seeking a Program Manager, Manufacturing & New Product Introduction to lead cross-functional programs from concept through readiness, expansion, and delivery across global sites and partners.

You will coordinate plans, risks, and milestones while translating customer and business priorities into actionable execution, ensuring timely, high-quality results within a dynamic global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or related technical discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology, product development, operations, or project/program management.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, milestone management, risk mitigation, action tracking, and executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional manufacturing and new product introduction programs focused on quality, flexibility, cycle time, cost, capacity, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate process, equipment, supplier, and manufacturing readiness activities across technology, engineering, operations, global manufacturing sites, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, risk assessments, decision logs, and status reports; communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Partner with commercial, product management, manufacturing, suppliers, equipment vendors, and customers to align requirements and deliver program objectives.
