Corning Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Leader to guide cross-functional teams from concept through product launch and manufacturing deployment. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and ensure on-time delivery with quality.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, commercial teams and customers, facilitate technical decisions, communicate status to stakeholders, and drive accountability across global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience leading Product Development or NPI/NPD projects.
• Strong project management including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex NPIs/projects from concept to manufacturing launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, commercial teams and customers.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders and global teams.
