CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customer Business Solutions Specialist in Mexico City to translate customer needs into logistics and technology solutions. You will design, implement, and optimize web platforms, EDI integrations, reporting tools, dashboards, and supply chain visibility solutions to drive operational excellence and customer growth.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in freight forwarding or logistics, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with TMS and data reporting.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of Air & Ocean Operations.
• Experience managing customer relationships and business solutions projects.
• Exposure to EDI implementations and systems integration.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and process‑mapping capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support customer tenders and solution workshops.
• Identify customer requirements and develop tailored business solutions.
• Present digital capabilities, platform functionalities, and integration opportunities.
• Partner with commercial teams to position value-added customer solutions.
• Lead the deployment of customer business solutions from design to execution.
• Coordinate EDI projects with customers, Business Analysts, and technical teams.
• Configure customer access to platforms and reporting solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations and operational requirements.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to supply chain transformation projects.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to enhance customer-facing solutions.
• Support the evolution of digital platforms and reporting capabilities.
