Job summary

ProTrans International is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Monterrey, Mexico to handle transactional work with carriers and internal support teams to improve customer experience. The role is the primary day-to-day contact and covers customer service at plant level, driving supply chain solutions and border crossing coordination.

You will also assist with billing and reporting, and travel nationally and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of logistics/supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or business.
• Willing to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers to confirm pickups and deliveries and perform check calls in the TMS system.
• Coordinate border crossing operations and notify customers of deviations in customs processes.
• Arrange expedited shipment needs and liaise with Expedite team.
• Assist customer plants with daily operational issue resolution.
• Escalate service level issues to Operations Manager.
• Distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports and support billing with AR.
