ProTrans International seeks a Supply Chain Manager to handle transactional work on accounts and coordinate with carriers and internal teams. You will identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and develop supply chain solutions at the plant level.

The role requires English proficiency with Spanish preferred, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and reports on a regular basis. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and carriers.
• Willing to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with TL and LTL carriers to confirms pickups and deliveries exceptions and perform check calls in ProTrans’ TMS System.
• Facilitate successful border crossing operation in conjunction with Border Crossing team and notify Customers about any deviation on customs process at the border.
• Arrange expedite shipment needs of the Customer and communicate with ProTrans’ Expedite team.
• Assist Customers plants with daily operational issue resolution.
• Elevate service level issues to Operations Manager.
• Communicate holiday schedules to customer and/or any internal adjustment at ProTrans.
• Ensure customer is aware of exceptions in performance, delays, etc.
• Distribute reports daily, weekly, monthly as necessary.
• Work with Accounts Receivable to secure timely billing.
