BekaertDeslee Holding in North America is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate import/export operations in the region from Mexico. You will oversee shipments, ensure compliance with Incoterms, manage carriers, and monitor on-time delivery while driving cost efficiencies.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, International Trade, and Finance, along with ERP/BI usage and advanced Excel skills to generate KPI reports and implement

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar logistics role.
• Experience with import/export and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in ERP/BI systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate import and export logistics across North America for regional operations.
• Oversee international shipments (FTL/LTL/FCL/LCL) and multimodal transport.
• Ensure timely customs clearance and accurate shipment documentation.
• Monitor on-time delivery and proactively communicate status to customers.
• Manage relationships with carriers and 3PLs; review supplier invoices.
• Prepare KPI reports and drive process improvements and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Process payments to shipping lines and maintain compliance with regulations.
