Job summary

BekaertDeslee Holding is seeking a skilled Trade Compliance and Logistics Specialist to coordinate plant import/export operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support supply chain continuity. You will manage shipments with brokers and carriers, prepare customs documents, monitor Annex 24, IMMEX, and PROSEC programs, and drive process improvements in a global environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Foreign Trade or related field, ERP experience (SAP), advanced Excel, and 60–70%

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or related field is required.
Specialized training in foreign trade is preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and SAP is required.
Advanced MS Excel skills and data handling abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

Coordinate import/export operations to meet schedules and cost targets.
Prepare and review customs entries and related documents (pedimentos, CFDI, Carta Porte).
Communicate with customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, customers and warehouse teams.
Monitor compliance with IMMEX, Annex 24, VUCEM and other foreign trade regulations.
Develop KPIs and reports on shipments, transit times, duties and taxes.
Support continuous improvement and ISO 9001 related to foreign trade operations.
