Job summary

Safran is seeking a motivated General Ledger Intern to support journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting for entities in Mexico, the United States, and Canada. You will work in a multinational Shared Services Center, gaining exposure to SAP, SyteLine, and various ERP systems while contributing to month-end close and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Support General Ledger accounting activities including journal entries and documentation.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Support month-end close, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Contribute to KPI reporting, audit documentation, and process improvements.
