Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of experience in General Ledger Accounting, related reporting and financial audit.
• Knowledge in accounting, specifically general ledger and reporting (preferably automotive industry).
• Knowledge of internal and external audit procedures, accounting standards.
• Fluent business English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate General Ledger processes.
• Responsible for Balance Sheet and P&L and for Corporate Reporting and Accounting according to IFRS, local GAAP and BMW Group internal requirements, prepare and steer monthly reporting.
• Responsible for correct implementation of projects regarding the assigned area of accountability.
• Constant Ad-hoc requests for financial data and impact on Plant San Luis Potosi.
• Analyze and report to Management results (Internal & External).
• Responsible for Corporate Reporting and Accounting according to IFRS, local GAAP and BMW Group internal requirements.
• Manages adherence to deadlines for closing activities, financial reporting, budget /forecast planning and audit preparation.
