Job summary

MAHLE in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an Accounting Treasury Intern to support the Back Office team in daily operations, focusing on bank reconciliations, recording treasury transactions, and assisting with month-end closings.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of Financial Accounting and Treasury processes.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of AI tools and applications.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily bank reconciliations for multiple entities and currencies.
• Record and classify treasury transactions in the accounting system.
• Support month-end closing activities with the accounting team.
• Monitor cash positions and help prepare cash flow reports.
• Review and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Help document and improve treasury processes and internal controls.
• Perform other admin and analytical tasks as assigned by the Treasury team.
