Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks a Senior Global Sales Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of major accounts across markets and segments. You will identify, sign and activate new key accounts while driving revenue growth for the group.

You will lead strategic account plans, coordinate cross- functional teams, and negotiate valuable partnerships. This role is 100% remote and based from Mexico, with up to 40% travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Hospitality or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience managing across global markets and cultural teams.
• Strong relationship management and negotiating abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of IHG Global Sales Key Accounts across markets & segments.
• Identify, sign & activate new Global Sales Key Accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Lead strategic account plans and coordinate global account teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to optimize sales opportunities.
