EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a structured Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software development projects. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams from kickoff to launch.

You will work with engineering, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while mitigating risks and reporting progress to leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management.
• 2+ years leading a team of 5+ employees.
• Strong understanding of SDLC with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in PM tools: Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet.
• Excellent English communication (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with business objectives.
• Help allocate engineering resources effectively across active projects.
• Track project budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks with mitigation plans.
• Serve as the central point of contact for project status updates and stakeholder reports.
• Coordinate deployment and release activities with engineering and operations teams.
