EPAM Systems is seeking a Product Manager to shape impactful software products and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization. The role focuses on translating business needs into successful products and driving the product roadmap in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, defining metrics, partnering with customers and internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery across PoC, beta, and launch while maintaining strong

Formación

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Research and document detailed technical requirements to guide product development.
• Actively contribute to product planning sessions and help shape the overall product roadmap.
• Partner with internal and external customers and teams to understand needs.
• Define metrics that measure and benchmark product performance and effectiveness.
• Deliver requirements in collaboration with SaaS Ops, Security, Architecture, and engineering teams.
