SANMINA-SCI TECHNOLOGY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive IT project portfolios within a global manufacturing context. You will lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and manage schedules, risks, and budgets across multiple initiatives.

The role requires a strong background in project life cycle management, IT systems integration, and Agile methodologies to deliver value in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in a large, international manufacturing environment.
• Experience with real-time operating systems and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of SMT, ERP, MES and WMS processes.

Technical Project Manager - Senior
Education: Bachelors Degree ( Industrial engineer, Computer Engineering,Information Technology or Information
Systems).
Certifications (Optional But Beneficial)

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner)

Experiencie

• Professional qualification with strong commercial focus
• 5+ years of experience preferably in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment
• Process improvement and reengineering experience
• Real-Time Operating Systems

• Knowledge of SMT, ERP, MES and WMS processes

Knowledge PMLC (Project Life cycle Management): Proven ability to lead projects through all phases (initiation, planning,
execution, monitoring & control, closure).
Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kan-ban, or Lean is highly valuable in today's
fast-paced environment.
Risk Management: A track record of identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks
Budget Management: Experience in developing and managing project budgets, including cost control and
forecasting.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
(clients, team members, sponsors).
Team Leadership: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive
work environment.
Skills / Competencies Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for clear and concise reporting,
presentations, and stakeholder interactions.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and resolving project
challenges effectively.

Responsabilities/ Activities This role will be responsible for project management of a number of projects in one or more IT portfolios within the IT
global business services team. Projects will range in size and complexity and will focus on specific business areas or
functions. Some will involve business process change and IT aspects. Projects may target productivity improvement,
cost reduction, total cost of ownership reduction (through improved system architecture) and/or compliance
enhancement.
You will be expected to work closely with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor in technology,
solutions development and process improvement execution. You will work collaboratively & cross-functionally to
manage successful execution of all approved and agreed projects. You will also be working closely with both the
business & IT leadership team to regularly report progress and status
