EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Data Delivery Manager to lead full lifecycle solution delivery across key accounts, ensuring technical excellence and strong client engagement. You will enforce governance and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery objectives.

The role requires deep experience in data engineering, big data stacks, and cloud platforms, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years managing projects in Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and BI with up-to-date technology knowledge.
• Strong insight into data engineering challenges including batch and streaming ingestion, processing, and integration.
• Experience with Big Data technology stacks such as Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka.
• Programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java with background in data mining, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
• Competency in SQL, supporting Big Data solutions, and cloud data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of solution delivery for specified accounts as the accountable lead.
• Maintain governance over delivery and production processes according to the selected model.
• Coordinate allocation of resources ensuring skillsets and seniority fit delivery roadmaps.
• Lead technical planning for scalable architectures and uphold quality benchmarks.
• Encourage cooperation among various disciplines and stakeholders.
• Build and nurture long-lasting client partnerships.
• Manage client issues and reduce risks in engagements.
• Coordinate the development of proposals and statements of work for customers.
• Ensure projects follow EPAM’s processes and agile methodologies.
• Oversee client responsibilities within engagements.
• Design delivery plans with estimations on timing, quality, and resource needs.
• Implement ongoing delivery risk management for proactive decision-making.
• Monitor and improve delivery productivity metrics.
• Assist sales efforts and contribute expertise to bid submissions.
• Mentor other delivery managers to enhance team capabilities.
• Participate in EPAM-wide delivery management forums
