Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is expanding its LATAM operations and seeks a Manager, Global Investigator Grants to lead budget development for investigator grants and oversee global grant processes from Mexico. You will supervise budget tools, ensure timely payments, and support CTA financials across regions.

The role requires strong clinical research experience, leadership, and Excel proficiency, with remote work options and occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Research experience or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Act as financial lead on the Project Team globally for grant administration.
• Oversee grant administration including budget management and investigator payments.
• Oversee creation of investigator grant workbooks and interpret the CTA financials.
• Contribute to month-end close with global project-level reporting.
• Guide Project Directors on financial aspects of CTAs and site payment workbooks.
• Coordinate Sunshine Act reporting and client reporting globally.
• Manage site payments per the Clinical Trial Agreement terms.
• Participate in internal and client calls and Quarterly Reviews.
