Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and Health & Biosciences. The Mexico Hub role focuses on optimizing H&B inventory across units, regions, and sites, balancing working capital with customer service and supply continuity.

You will drive AI, analytics, and automation initiatives, translate model outputs into actionable inventory actions, and partner with Finance to quantify financial impact in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, or analytics.
• Extensive experience in inventory management, optimization, and supply planning.
• Proven improvements in working capital, inventory, SLOB, or tail performance.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, safety stock, and planning parameters.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global matrix.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the H&B inventory optimization roadmap across units, regions, sites, and categories.
• Translate objectives into prioritized actions with owners, due dates, benefits, risks, and escalation paths.
• Lead governance for slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory (SLOB).
• Improve segmentation, stocking strategies, safety stocks, and planning parameters.
• Partner with Finance to validate working-capital improvements and cost reductions.
• Establish inventory reviews and integrate priorities into S&OP/SIOP planning.
