IFF seeks a hands-on Supply Chain lead to manage warehouse and distribution operations across multiple sites in Mexico. You will drive inventory accuracy, service levels, and efficiency while coordinating with SAP logistics processes and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement using Power BI to monitor KPIs, investigate issues, and support cost analysis. Hybrid work with on-site days in Polanco and Estado de México, and collaboration with global supply chain

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse/distribution activities in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience using SAP in logistics, warehouse, or distribution.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient material flow and service performance.
• Oversee SAP logistics processes including deliveries, shipments, GR and GI.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Transportation providers, and Supply Chain teams.
• Investigate operational issues and ensure timely resolution for business continuity.
• Generate operational, inventory, and statistical reports to support decision-making.
• Support logistics cost analysis through reporting and performance monitoring.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and oversee scrap-related processes.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient material flow and service performance
• Oversee SAP logistics processes, including Deliveries, Shipments, Goods Receipt (GR), and Goods Issue (GI)
• Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve operational performance
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Transportation providers, and Supply Chain teams
• Investigate operational issues and ensure timely resolution to support business continuity
• Generate operational, inventory, and statistical reports to support decision-making
• Support logistics and operational cost analysis through reporting and performance monitoring
• Manage audit activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures, inventory controls, and company requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and oversee scrap-related processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments
• Experience supervising warehouse or distribution activities in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Experience working with SAP in logistics, warehouse, or distribution processes
• Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and inventory data
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and distribution processes
• Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills
