Job summary

IFF in Mexico City seeks a Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor to lead operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive service levels across the supply chain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient material flow and service performance.
• Monitor SAP Deliveries, Shipments, Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) processes.
• Track KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse Ops, Transportation and Supply Chain teams.
• Generate reports to support decision-making and cost analysis.
• Support continuous improvement and compliance with procedures.

• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient material flow and service performance
• Oversee SAP logistics processes, including Deliveries, Shipments, Goods Receipt (GR), and Goods Issue (GI)
• Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve operational performance
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Transportation providers, and Supply Chain teams
• Investigate operational issues and ensure timely resolution to support business continuity
• Generate operational, inventory, and statistical reports to support decision-making
• Support logistics and operational cost analysis through reporting and performance monitoring
• Manage audit activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures, inventory controls, and company requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and oversee scrap-related processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments
• Experience supervising warehouse or distribution activities in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Experience working with SAP in logistics, warehouse, or distribution processes
• Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and inventory data
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and distribution processes
• Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
