Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead the optimization roadmap for Health & Biosciences across global sites from the Mexico hub.

You will balance working capital with service levels, lead governance for SLOB, and drive improvements through AI and analytics collaborations. The role requires strong analytical skills, SAP/IBP experience, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in inventory management and optimization.
• Experience with IBP/S&OP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the H&B inventory optimization roadmap across business units, regions, sites, product families, and inventory categories.
• Lead governance for slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory (SLOB), including root-cause analysis and follow-through.
• Improve inventory segmentation, stocking strategies, safety stocks, and planning parameters.
• Partner with AI, analytics, and automation initiatives to translate model outputs into actionable inventory actions.
• Integrate priorities into weekly S&OE and monthly SIOP processes and broader operating system.
