Whirlpool Corporation in Mexico seeks an experienced Import Operations professional to manage the end-to-end import process for components from overseas suppliers to Whirlpool Mexico facilities. You will coordinate Customs Brokers, Ocean Carriers and third-party logistics providers, ensuring compliant, cost-effective deliveries and timely production support.

• Fluent in English and Spanish to coordinate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to resolve import issues.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Customs Brokers, Logistics Providers, External Warehouses and Whirlpool partners for Mexico components imports.
• Lead end-to-end import operations from origin to delivery, ensuring compliance and cost effectiveness.
• Provide accurate shipping instructions to carriers and suppliers for ocean and air shipments.
• Create and track Purchase Orders for freight, broker and terminal handling charges.
• Monitor KPI metrics for imports and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Foreign Trade and Finance teams on spend, budgets and forecasts.
