Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a proactive Sourcing/Procurement professional to lead the LAR North International Supply Chain category. You will manage a ~$46M annual spend, coordinate ocean freight and parcel sourcing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost, quality, and service.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, supplier relationships, and negotiation, with a focus on Mexico and Latin American countries.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• English is a must.
• 1+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain.
• Preferred: degree in Administration, International Business or Logistics.
• Demonstrated supplier management and sourcing principles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent analytical and computer-related abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the annual category spend (~$46M) in LAR North region manufacturing plants and distribution networks.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Ocean Freight & Small Parcel categories.
• Lead fact-based sourcing decisions, negotiate terms, and draft contracts with suppliers.
• Drive supplier performance management and strengthen commercial relationships.
• Create and implement initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and service.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and coordinate with Ocean Freight & Small Parcel operations to improve performance.
