Whirlpool Corporation in the North America and Latin America North region seeks a sourcing professional to lead the LAR North International Supply Chain category. You will manage about $46M in annual spend and coordinate transportation sourcing for Mexico and Latin American countries.

The role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence and strong supplier relationships to drive cost, quality and service improvements across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• English proficiency mandatory.
• 1+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for ~46M annual category spend.
• Develop and implement the sourcing strategy for Ocean Freight & Small Parcel.
• Lead negotiations and contract development with suppliers.
• Drive supplier performance management and build relationships.
• Create and execute initiatives to improve cost, quality, and service.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to improve cost and operations.
• Ensure compliance with global procurement policies and processes.
