Orbia is seeking a Global People Operations Project Manager to lead and coordinate international projects spanning HR systems, payroll operations, and process improvements across regions. You will partner with People, Payroll, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors to ensure governance, timely delivery, and end-to-end project success in Orbia's global operating model.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Global or Regional Project Management.
• 5+ years HR Systems and Operations Projects.
• 3+ years Payroll Implementations and Systems Integrations.
• 3+ years Vendor and External Partner Management.
• 3+ years Project Governance and Status Reporting.
• 3+ years Testing, Go Live, and Stabilization Support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end to end coordination of global People Operations projects.
• Coordinate HR systems, payroll ops, integrations across regions.
• Serve as primary coordination point between People, Payroll, IT, Shared Services, and vendors.
• Coordinate external consultants and implementation partners.
• Manage project governance including plans, milestones, risk tracking, reporting.
• Coordinate testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization activities.
