Orbia is seeking an HR Project Manager to lead global People Operations projects, coordinating HR systems, payroll processes, and cross-functional initiatives across regions. The role drives governance, timelines, and successful end-to-end delivery in support of Orbia’s global People operating model.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, HR, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end global People Operations projects ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, governance, deliverables and operational objectives.
• Coordinate projects related to HR systems, payroll operations, process improvements, integrations, and regional initiatives across multiple regions and business groups.
• Act as the primary coordination point between People teams, Payroll, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and successful project delivery.
• Coordinate testing activities, implementation readiness, cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-implementation stabilization.
