Orbia is looking for a Global People Operations Project Specialist responsible for leading and coordinating HR systems and payroll operations projects across multiple regions. The role requires overseeing project execution, aligning various teams, and ensuring successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in HR systems and payroll. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of Global or Regional Project Management experience.
• 5+ years in HR Systems and Operations Projects.
• 3+ years with Payroll Implementations and Systems Integrations.
• 3+ years in Vendor and External Partner Management.
• 3+ years with Project Governance and Status Reporting.
• 3+ years in Testing, Go Live, and Stabilization Support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end coordination and execution of global People Operations projects.
• Coordinate HR systems, payroll operations, and process improvements.
• Act as primary coordination point among various teams and vendors.
• Manage project governance activities, including reporting and stakeholder communication.
