Orbia is seeking a Sustainability Intern in Mexico to support data collection, analysis, and visualization for our global sustainability initiatives. You will work with sites worldwide on greenhouse gas emissions data, including Scope 1, 2, and 3, and help ensure compliance with evolving ESG requirements.

Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in sustainability or engineering fields, have advanced English, and can commit to 24 hours per week.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in Sustainability, Environmental/ Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English required for global collaboration.
• Available to work 24 hours per week.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in sustainability, ESG reporting, and environmental data management.

Responsabilidades

• Support collection and validation of sustainability data from Orbia sites globally.
• Analyze Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions data.
• Develop dashboards, charts, and visual reports to communicate sustainability performance.
• Support global sustainability reporting and ESG projects.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Assist in presentations and sustainability-related analyses.

At Orbia, we are looking for a Sustainability Intern passionate about environmental impact, data analytics, and ESG reporting to support our global sustainability initiatives.

In this role, you will contribute to the collection, analysis, and visualization of sustainability data reported by sites worldwide through Orbia's sustainability platform. You will gain exposure to greenhouse gas emissions reporting, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions, while collaborating with international teams and supporting compliance with evolving global sustainability requirements.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.

Advanced English required, as the position interacts regularly with global stakeholders.

Availability to work 24 hours per week.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Interest in sustainability, ESG reporting, and environmental data management.
