Corning Incorporated in Reynosa is seeking an HR Systems Supervisor to lead delivery, governance, and improvement of HR systems, partnering with HR, IT and business leaders to align capabilities with priorities and oversee global HR technology implementation and maintenance.

The role focuses on standardizing processes, automating workflows, driving improvements, ensuring data privacy and governance, leading the HR Systems team, and monitoring performance to optimize HR operations across the

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Systems.
  • 3+ years implementing HR processes globally.
  • 1–2 years leading a team.
  • English conversational/advanced.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Networking experience aligning leadership on direction and governance.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead delivery of HR services and systems support, ensuring alignment with business needs and HR transformation objectives.
  • Partner with Regional and Division HR leaders to standardize processes, enhance service delivery, and support business goals across organizations.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, data privacy requirements, audit standards, and HR data governance controls.
  • Lead and develop the HR Systems team, promoting accountability, operational excellence, and customer-focused service.
  • Monitor service and system performance metrics to identify risks, improve processes, and optimize HR operations.

What will you do?

As HR Systems Supervisor you will lead effective delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes. You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align HR systems capabilities with organizational priorities as well as overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of global HR technologies.

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality HR services and systems support, ensuring alignment with business needs and HR transformation objectives.
  • Partner with Regional and Division HR leaders to standardize processes, enhance service delivery, and support business goals across organizations.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Experiences/Education - Required
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, IT or Labor Relations or equivalent qualification/experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR System
  • 3+ years with HR process/programs implementation in a global environment
  • 1 to 2 years leading a team with direct reports
  • English conversational/ advanced
  • Knowledge of new programs and technologies applied into HR or HR information systems
  • Had delivered an implementation project end to end
  • Proof of networking experience in aligning client leadership around organization direction, design, and governance decision
