Autoliv in Baja California, Mexico, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support the HR Director and central functions by driving strategic HR initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering high-impact HR solutions.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead workforce planning, talent development and succession processes, manage merit cycles, leadership training, employee relations, and HR analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration is required.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with business partnering and PM.
• 5+ years in HR management and leadership roles.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic HR initiatives and partner with HR Director and central functions.
• Drive workforce planning, merit cycles, leadership training, and succession processes.
• Provide HR analytics and reporting to senior leadership.
• Advise on labor relations, compliance with US and Mexico laws, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SCM, IT, and Health & Safety teams to support global employees.
