Job summary

EAM HR is seeking a senior HR leader to drive people strategy across manufacturing and multi-site operations in Ciudad Juárez. You will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of HR leadership, deep knowledge of employment laws, and a track record of analytics-driven decision making. Fluent English required; experience across countries is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operations preferred.
Experience leading HR teams across multiple locations and countries.
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and organizational development.
Experience leading organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
Experience partnering with senior business leaders.
Conversational English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
