Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in HR, business administration, labor relations, or related field.
• 10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience in HR-related areas.

Responsibilities

• Manages a small team of HR compliance managers in audit activity for HR.
• Formulates labor relations policy and represents the business in labor relations and negotiations.
• Investigates disciplinary matters and recommends appropriate action with HR labor relations.
• Coordinates grievance investigations with HR team and advises management.
• Acts as spokesperson in collective bargaining and policy interpretation.
• Researches and prepares department responses to union information requests and grievances.
