Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) seeks a Global Hotel Program Manager to lead strategy, sourcing, and management of the global hotel program within a large organization. The role drives spend optimization, traveler experience, and policy compliance.

You will oversee supplier selection, contract negotiations, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews, collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners to deliver cost savings and program improvements. Hybrid work expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in hotel or travel industry.
• Fluent in English with strong global knowledge.
• Ability to comply with in-office work guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Define hotel program objectives and milestones for execution.
• Lead end-to-end annual RFP process with requirements and bidder conferences.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate favorable terms.
• Oversee supplier selection and contract execution for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement chainwide hotel strategies and compliance measures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to drive savings and program adoption.
• Monitor quarterly business reviews and track performance metrics.
