Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Networking Finance Program Manager. This onsite role partners with the CFO, Chief of Staff, and Finance Leadership to drive strategic priorities and measurable outcomes across the Networking Finance organization.

You will develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive reports to support leadership decisions and organizational transparency. Strong program management, financial acumen, and change leadership are essential.

Formación

• 6–10 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Networking CFO, Chief of Staff, and Finance Leadership Team to execute strategic priorities and objectives.
• Lead and coordinate operational activities across the Networking Finance org, aligning with leadership goals.
• Drive strategic projects to enable growth, improve effectiveness, and support transformations.
• Develop, track, and operationalize KPI frameworks for CFO and Finance Leadership.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews for decision making.
• Measure impact of initiatives and communicate insights through data-driven reporting.
• Manage operating cadence including leadership meetings, planning cycles, and actions.
