Colgate-Palmolive seeks a CBS Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to lead budgeting, headcount control, and P&L variance analysis for the CBS. You will partner with HR/Global People, Payroll Analytics, and R2R to validate intercompany billing and FTG savings, while presenting executive performance to Directors.

Expect cross-functional collaboration and ongoing process automation across the CBS network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting or Corporate Accounting.
• Experience in Shared Services or multinational settings preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with intercompany billing, FP&A processes and SOX controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and P&L variance analysis.
• Validate intercompany cost-plus billing and FTG savings pipelines.
• Present executive financial performance to Directors across functions.
• Drive process automation and CPI initiatives across CBS network.
• Partner with HR, Payroll Analytics and R2R on headcount projections.
