Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leaders, deliver financial insights, and enable profitable growth. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis across products, customers, regions, and channels.

The candidate will transform complex data into actionable intelligence, drive cost optimization, and present performance dashboards to executives while upholding corporate policies and controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of FP&A, corporate finance or related financial discipline.
• Experience in multinational environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and explain P&L variances against Plan, Forecast, and Prior Year results.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
• Monitor costs and profitability across products, customers, channels and regions.
• Conduct profitability analysis to support business decisions and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial performance reports, dashboards and executive summaries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, capital investments and business development.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance of financial data with standards and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and planning processes.
