Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a CBS Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist in Mexico City to lead budgeting, forecasting, headcount control, and P&L variance analysis. You will partner with HR/Global People, Payroll Analytics, and R2R teams to validate intercompany cost-plus billing and FTG savings, while driving process automation and SOX compliance.

You will present executive financial performance to Directors and manage confidential data with discretion, contributing to global CBS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive FP&A, management control, budgeting, or corporate accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CBS Annual Budget preparation, consolidation, and variance analysis.
• Govern the Funding the Growth (FTG) cost-savings pipeline and dashboards.
• Translate financial results into strategic insights for Directors across CS&L, Global People, and Finance.
• Collaborate with R2R on intercompany billing variations and cost-plus calculations.
• Drive CPI initiatives and SOX controls with automated dashboards.
