Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to lead daily FP&A activities, preparing forecasts, budgets, long-range plans and financial analyses. You will advise the business on key drivers, risks and opportunities, partnering with US finance for metrics and ad hoc requests.

The role requires advanced Excel/PowerBI skills, S4 Hana, Oracle EPM, and strong communication across levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Masters preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of finance experience with strong financial analysis skills.
• Background in media and content is a plus; proficient with PowerBI and Excel.
• Advanced accounting knowledge and ability to present to executives.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts including commissions, development and talent agreements.
• Develop analyses to measure financial and operational performance using existing tools.
• Manage analyses on strategic plans and ad hoc initiatives with detailed models.
• Partner with US finance LST for metrics reviews and requests.
• Deliver precise reports with minimal errors under tight timelines.
• Support monthly close, variance analyses and forecasting processes.
• Summarize complex reports for management decision making.
