The Kraft Heinz Company in Mexico City is seeking a Global Finance Lead to guide three Finance teams (AI Finance Capability, Reporting & Data Foundations, IT FP&A). You will translate global priorities into local execution, delivering scalable finance solutions, robust reporting, and reliable data foundations.

The role requires FP&A leadership, complex stakeholder management, and a track record of driving technology-enabled finance transformation across a fast-evolving organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years FP&A with Finance Transformation exposure.
• Experience overseeing analytics teams and developing leaders.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms and self-service analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop three Finance teams across AI Finance Capability, Reporting & Data Foundations, and IT FP&A.
• Align priorities with global stakeholders and ensure high-value work.
• Oversee AI Finance delivery of platform architecture, data pipelines, and agent frameworks.
• Ensure AI Finance deliverables are scalable and aligned with governance.
• Lead Reporting & Data Foundations projects into high-quality services.
• Bridge daily reporting with global standards for reliable insights across markets.
• Support IT FP&A with ZBB and CAPEX workflows.
• Foster relationships with Global Finance and cross-functional partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and controls.
• Coach and develop finance professionals for growth.
• Influence stakeholders with clear communication and credible leadership.
