Kraft Heinz's Global Finance Lead in Mexico City leads three finance teams—AI Finance Capability, Reporting/Data Foundations, and IT FP&A—ensuring high performance and aligned priorities with global standards. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A experience with exposure to Finance Transformation and Technology projects.
• Proven experience overseeing large analytics teams and developing leaders and analysts.
• Knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms and self-service analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, LLM).
• ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle).
• Professional finance designation (FPCA, CPA, CMA, CGA) and/or MBA in Finance would be an asset.
• CPG industry background is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop three Finance teams supporting AI Finance Capability, Reporting and Data Foundations, and IT FP&A.
• Partner with global stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
• Oversee AI Finance deliverables spanning platform architecture, data pipelines, semantic model layers, and agent frameworks.
• Ensure AI Finance deliverables are scalable and aligned with data governance expectations.
• Bridge reporting execution with global standards to deliver reliable insights across markets.
• Support IT FP&A partners ensuring ZBB and CAPEX processes meet global standards.
• Build strong partnerships across Global Finance, GCC, tech teams, and business partners.
• Drive standardization, controls, and continuous improvement across reporting, data, automation, and finance support processes.
• Coach and develop finance professionals for future growth.
• Influence stakeholders with clear communication and structured problem-solving.
