Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support sales finance digital initiatives, automate routines, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy. This role reports to the Lead – Business Excellence and collaborates with the Sales System & Process Lead on Compass development.

Key activities include maintaining the Compass Champion network, guiding training plans, delivering TPM data insights, and coordinating with IT for data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales Finance, IT Finance, Process Excellence or similar roles.
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI and other data analysis tools.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with sales finance and TPM systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Compass Champion network across Sales Areas and functions.
• Collaborate with the Compass Capabilities team to align sprint priorities.
• Execute training plans for Compass solution enhancements.
• Analyze data and provide insights for TPM enhancements and Power BI reporting.
• Partner with IT to design and implement data integrations and workflow automation.
• Support digital initiatives by defining requirements and managing change.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across business and IT functions.
