The Kraft Heinz Company in Mexico City seeks a Taste Elevation Sr. Analyst - FP&A to join the Global Capability Center. This role supports monthly reporting, forecasting and performance tracking for the Taste Elevation Finance Team based in Chicago.

Under guidance of the FP&A Senior Manager, you will develop analytical insights, collaborate across sources, and enhance reporting tools using Excel and Power BI in a fast-paced multinational FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance or Controllership experience.
• Financial acumen and experience in FMCG/food & beverage is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in monthly financial reports and dashboards for reviews.
• Support forecasting and budgeting by consolidating data and updating models.
• Perform variance analysis and highlight key drivers vs forecast and last year.
• Collaborate to gather data from multiple systems and sources.
• Maintain reporting tools and ensure data quality across outputs.
• Support ad-hoc analysis for Taste Elevation Finance Team in NA.
• Participate in process improvements to automate FP&A tasks.
