Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Mexico City seeks a Senior Analyst to lead FP&A and Commercial Intelligence workstreams for the GCC team, building Snowflake data pipelines and Power BI dashboards to support finance analytics.

You will mentor a junior analyst, own budgeting and forecasting automation, ensure data quality, and coordinate with Chicago and Amsterdam leads while supporting month-end close and forecast cycles.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or cloud data platforms and SQL/Python in production.
• Build Power BI dashboards for finance professionals and business users.
• Familiarity with SAP/S4 data in a finance or commercial context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and Commercial Intelligence workstreams for the GCC team.
• Own budgeting and forecasting automation support, variance analysis pipelines, and ad-hoc analytics.
• Own delivery on FP&A and Commercial Intelligence analytics for GCC leads.
• Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines and Power BI dashboards.
• Maintain data quality and audit-ready lineage across outputs.
• Interface with Chicago pillar, report status, and flag risks early.
• Support month-end close and forecast cycle deliverables for FP&A and Commercial Finance.
